Comedy for Cancer
Host - Shauna Lane
Shauna Lane (From The Gone Girls Podcast) teams up with the brightest stars of comedy to raise money for Gilda's Club Westchester - a free bi-lingual support community for everyone living with cancer.
In late July Shauna was diagnosed with Stage II breast cancer after a routine check-up found a small tumor. Surgery in September found 4 tumors, one of which was HER2+ and requires a year of chemotherapy. Shauna is blessed with the support of a wide community of family and friends but not everyone has this support. Gilda's Club provides the support to families and cancer patients who otherwise would not have it.
Gilda's Club was started by the late Gene Wilder in 1995 for his wife, the brilliant late comedian Gilda Radner after she died from ovarian cancer in 1989. Gilda's Club provides free support for men, women, teens and children - along with their families and friends. It's a beautiful thing to be loved and supported and laughter is truly the best medicine! Join us on Wednesday February 21st for a star-studded night of comedy to raise money for this amazing organization!
Upon arrival at Carolines, both Green and Gold ticket purchasers should proceed directly to the host podium at the bottom of the stairs. Due to the location of these priority seats, we can only hold them until show time. Late arrivals will be seated in the best available seats.
*Line-ups are subject to change day-of-show*
